13 Easy Steps Towards Your Custom Home

We’ve created a simple, yet effective process that will give you the home you’ve been waiting for for so long.

1. Fill Out Our Form

Get in touch with us through our form and fill out as many details as possible regarding your new project. Try to include some pictures as well, as they will give us a better idea of what you have in mind.

2. Phone Consultation

We’ll schedule a phone consultation and discuss your ideas and expectations for your new custom home space, as well as possible timelines for the entire project.

3. On-Site Consultation

We’ll meet you at your home to see the space and take measurements. Then we’ll discuss materials, style, and accent options based on your current needs and wishes.

4. Pre-Construction Agreement

Once we agree on all the details, we’ll prepare and sign a pre-construction agreement.

5. Design And Floor Plan Selection

After we collect a down payment, we’ll move on to developing your floor plans. After going over each one with you, you’ll select the one that is the best match for your needs.

6. Sign The Contract

Once we agree on the final floor plan, cost estimate, and timeline, we sign the contract to begin construction.

7. Pre-Job Walkthrough

At this step, we’ll do a pre-job walkthrough and make sure we have all the details of your vision before any work starts. If you need to add or change anything, feel free to do so at this step.

8. Protect Your Home

Before we start working on your home, we make sure to take protective measures to minimize the risk of damage and to safeguard areas that are not in the scope of the project.

9. We Get To Work

This is where we get all the materials on site and work on turning your vision into outstanding reality. We’ll keep you updated at all times so that you know what’s going on with your home at every step.

10. Clean Your Home

After the work has been completed, we’ll bring in a professional cleaning team to make sure any leftover materials and debris have been removed from the site. The place will look as good as new, as if we were never there.

11. Post-Job Walkthrough

We’ll do a post-job walkthrough to see if we missed anything and confirm that everything looks as expected. It’s time you gather your family and friends to enjoy your newly upgraded space and experience its new features together.

12. 1-Year Warranty

We have a 1-year warranty on our work. If anything happens during this time that is within our control, we’ll be more than happy to fix it.

13. Follow-Up

We’ll reach out with a check-up call 3 days after our work has ended to make sure everything is looking and feeling perfect. We’ll repeat that in 3 weeks and then again in 3 months. In the 11th month, we’ll do an in-home visit to make sure things are still looking good and fix any minor issues that may have shown up.
