You don’t! In fact, most of our clients come to us early so we can help shape the design together. We’ll collaborate on layouts, finishes, and features that fit your lifestyle, and make sure everything is buildable and within budget from day one.
The finishing phase, or the final 20 percent of the project, usually takes the longest. This is when all the detailed work happens, including trim, paint touch-ups, hardware, and final inspections.
It may feel like the home is almost done, and it is, but these last steps take extra care to make sure every detail meets our quality standards before move-in.
